What is a Managed Account?

A managed account is an account opened by an investor at a mutual fund or annuity firm, and held in the name of the investor. There is 100% transparency and the investor always has internet access to the account. The appointed manager of the account is given the ability to position the account (i.e. exchange funds within the account) in order to follow a strategy.

Unlike hedge funds and funds of funds, a managed account does not have a lock up period and does not share in your profits. You always know where your account is invested and only you have access to the funds in the account.

How Much Does it Cost?

The standard charge for managing an account is 2.5% per year of assets under management, charged quarterly. Unlike a hedge fund, we do not share in your profits. Given the value we've provided to investors and the high performance fees charged by other alternative investment products, we feel that this is the most investor-friendly approach to managing client funds.

Please note the minimum account size for managed services is $25,000 USD.

DISCLAIMER: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown on this website. Past performance of our trading systems, trading signals and modeling software, whether actual or indicated by simulated historical tests of trading strategies, is not indicative of future results.
